Freddy Houndekindo
Freddy Houndekindo is an interdisciplinary artist situated at the intersection of dance, performance, sculpture, text, film and installation. His work reflects on subjects such as identity, blackness and masculinity. Through the study and practice of various combat sport Freddy engages in a deep enquiry of male culture, violence and intimacy. TRIBE is a part of his Master's in Fine Art at Mejan (Kungligan Konsthögskola) where he is further developing his solo project “Men/ding: a speculative archive on contemporary masculinity".
