Trampoline 1
The course can be combined with the courses in teeterboard (Teeterboard and Teeterboard 2) during the same period. The trampoline course is given half the day and the teeterboard courses the other half of the day so these can be combined into one full-time day.
The course aims for the student to develop acrobatic abilities in the discipline of trampoline as well as physical strength and aesthetic awareness.
The course includes training in the discipline trampoline, as well as a review of principles for safe and sustainable practice. It also includes risk analysis in training, the building up of exercises and discussions related to aesthetic expression.
You will get the opportunity to deepen your knowledge and develop tools, to work with the technique and aesthetics entailed in the discipline trampoline.
During the course, you will attend lessons and also practice independently. The course ends with an assignment which you will work on during the teaching week.
