Teeterboard 2
The course can be combined with the course in trampoline given during the same period. The trampoline course is given half the day and the teeterboard courses the other half of the day so these can be combined into one full-time day.
The course includes continuous training in the discipline teeterboard as well as the support discipline trampoline - review of principles for safe training, risk analysis in training and structure of exercises and discussions on artistic aspects.
During the course, you will get the opportunity to deepen your knowledge and your abilities and plan and perform advanced exercises in the teeterboard. You will do risk analysis and discuss how safe and sustainable training is entailed in the circus discipline teeterboard and explore your own artistic expression.
You will attend lessons and practice independently. The course ends with an assignment which you will work on during the teaching week.
