Teeterboard

Teeterboard

This course is for you who have good prior knowledge of the circus discipline teeterboard, and who wish to develop your technique and aesthetics within the circus discipline.

The course can be combined with the course in trampoline given during the same period. The trampoline course is given half the day and the teeterboard courses the other half of the day so these can be combined into one full-time day.

The summer course Teeterboard includes training in the circus discipline teeterboard, as well as a review of principles for safe and sustainable practice. The course also includes risk analysis in training, the building up of exercises in the support discipline of trampoline, and discussions related to aesthetic expression.

During the course, you will get the opportunity to deepen your knowledge and develop tools, to work with the technique and aesthetics entailed in the circus discipline teeterboard.

As a student on the course, you will attend lessons and also practice independently. The course ends with an assignment which you will work on during the teaching week.
