The purpose of Research Week is to share, experience and exchange the many different approaches and perspectives to artistic research at SKH. This year a total of 28 presentations and workshops took place over four days. Research Week was open to the public and most of the events were broadcast live.

DAY 1: Tuesday 16 January
Studio 16 at Brinellvägen 58.
Cecilia Roos, Vice-Rector of Research, introduced the day. During the first day of the research week, visitors were able to attend presentations and workshops with Ami Skånberg, Marie Fahlin, Alisan Funk, Annika Notér Hooshidar, Kersti Brennan, Annika Boholm, Cecilia Öhrwall and Linn Hilda Lamberg.

DAY 2: Wednesday 17 January
Hugoteatern at Teknikringen 35, and Bion at Valhallavägen 189.
Kent Olofsson, Professor of Performing Arts for the profile area Concept and Composition, introduced the day. The second day included presentations by Maria Lindeman, Hendrik Quast, Thomas Brennan, Christina Lindgren, Marcia Nemer Jentzsch and Roberto Bredin (NAVET, KTH). The day concluded with a film screening of After Work by Erik Gandini.

DAY 3: Thursday 18 January
TV studio at Valhallavägen 189.
John-Paul Zaccarini, Professor of Performing Arts for Bodily and Vocal Practices, introduced the day. On the third day, Johanna Garpe, Anders Aare, Markus Granqvist, Anna Ljungqvist, Mihra Lindblom, Anders Duus, Costanza Julia Bani, Erik Gandini, Roland Paulsen, Carolina Jinde, Niklas Hald, Anders Aare, Anders Larsson, Chris Van Goethem, Karin Rudfeldt presented their work.
The day ended with Stacey Sacks, Jenny Sunesson, Chrysa Parkinson, Andreas Berchtold and Kent Olofsson presenting their published exhibitions in VIS – Nordic Journal for Artistic Research – and a sound performance by Paola Torres Nuñez Del Prado.

DAY 4: Friday 19 January
TV studio at Valhallavägen 189.
Wilhelm Carlsson, Professor of Music Dramatic Performance, introduced the day. The final day featured presentations by Savas Boyraz, Duygu Örs, Caterina Mora, Brett Ascarelli, Paola Torres Núñez del Prado, Mamdooh Afdile and John-Paul Zaccarini.
During the day there was also an open workshop in Studio D4, where visitors could experience an experimental art laboratory with various activities related to listening. The workshop was organised by Jenny Sunesson, Hara Alonso and Martin Sonderkamp.
