Welcome to an opera evening in the Hugo Theater where you will meet exchange students as well as bachelor's and master's students from all our years! Together they give you the opera performance “Amore e morte” and a scenic concert.

Amore e Morte

At 18:00-ca. 18:30

Niki Bergman presents her graduation production Amore e Morte, together with BA students from year 1 and 2. Together, they offer poignant scenes from La traviata by Giuseppe Verdi.

Scenic concert

Time: Approx. 18:45-20:00

Students from four countries and four opera programmes are examining courses in vocal and musical performance. The concert offers opera music by eight composers of three different nationalities.

Italian, French and German repertoire will be performed by our second-year BA students, MA students and exchange students from Lithuania and Georgia. Together they present dramatic and romantic duets and arias from Madama Butterfly, G Puccini, Hamlet, A Thomas, Faust, Charles Gounod, L'elisir d'amore, G Donizetti and more.
