Program
14 November at 16.00-19.00
- 16.00 Tove Salmgren. Tender Motor: Tove Salmgren, Kajsa Wadhia and Moa Franzén with the research project Sonorous dances and reverberant matters. This iteration of sharing the work is part of a series of investigations displacing the performance practice in unusual environments, spaces, and contexts – this time as a panel discussion in a lecture room. 30 min long presentation.
- 17.00 Zoë Poluch
- 18.00 Jennifer Lacey. Honey Trap#2: How does the spirit, or specific knowledge, of a dance work persist, develop, degrade or transform when the work is no longer performed? This reading calls $Shot (a work made in 2000), to the table without restaging it or relying on the accuracy of video documentation.
What can it still DO, that is entirely its own, while remaining essentially absent? Realised with the generous donation of time and expertise of Jade Stenhuijs and Ģirts Dubults, Honey Trap #2is an element of the research project Attending to the Dancing Situation (props to A. Livingstone for the title.)
