Lunch concert

Welcome to enjoy opera at your lunch on Thursday 16 October at 11.30 a.m. at Musikaliska Kvarteret! 

Musikaliska Kvarteret at Nybrokajen 11 was previously the venue for opera education in Sweden. Jussi Björling and Birgit Nilsson, among others, trained here.

Now, tomorrow's opera stars – students at SKH – will perform pieces from La clemenza di Tito (Mozart), Les contes d'Hoffmann (Offenbach) and Die Zauberflöte (Mozart).

11:45 Lunch begins to be served. Vegetarian soup with salad, bread and cold cuts.

• ‘Belle nuit’ - Barcarolle from J. Offenbach's ‘The Tales of Hoffmann’
• ‘Zu Hilfe, zu Hilfe’ - Terzetto from W.A. Mozart's ‘The Magic Flute’
