Regulations
Regulations are rules that are generally applicable and binding on the higher education institution and on individuals such as students. Regulations can be seen as a type of statute that has the same character as laws and ordinances, but is decided by the higher education institution. State-owned higher education institutions may adopt regulations if there is a so-called authorisation, decided by the government in an ordinance.
