The doctoral artistic research project "choreo | graphy” by Eleanor Bauer can be found in DiVA and Research Catalogue.

“Looking at my complete documented artistic research project (doctoral thesis) in DiVA and Research Catalogue, I am filled with immense gratitude for the time and support I have been granted to set so many generative experiments in motion. The strange, vulnerable, curious, risky and wild thinking and creating that I have been afforded as an artistic researcher at SKH is like nothing I have ever experienced as a professional artist. Burrowing deep and wandering wide within a framework of consistent and steady inquiry for five years has been a humbling privilege. As my research project choreo | graphy concerns the translation of thought between dancing and writing, I am sure that different artists, writers, and researchers will find their own hooks and takeaways in the array of concepts and methods that I address in this research. For me, the most important aspect of the project remains in the initial question of “how dance thinks.” Dwelling in the consideration and appreciation of dancing as a way of thinking continues to fuel my work, and I plan to go on working with this crucial concern in yet wider fields of impact and inquiry, including education, health, and social justice. Through my doctoral research I have become increasingly impassioned to broaden understanding of dancing as a way of making sense of the world, so that those who feel at home in movement and who need to move to process and integrate experience can be better understood and included in our ways of recognising intelligence." says Eleanor Bauer.
