The International Sustainable Development Research Society Conference – ISDRS takes place between 15 and 17 June 2022 in Stockholm. This year, the conference is organized under the special topic: Sustainable Development and Courage: Culture, Art and Human Rights.

As in previous years, the program is structured around ten different themes. In total, more than 400 research papers will be presented and discussed. The program also offers several interesting keynote sessions with both national and international speakers. Some of those participating are: Azza Karam, Secretary General of Religions for Peace, Carlton Waterhouse, Deputy Assistant Administrator for EPA’s Office of Land and Emergency Management, Jakob Trollbäck, the main architect behind the UN's 17 Global Goals, Jonna Bornemark, Professor of Philosophy at Södertörn University.

− Stockholm is an international center for artistic research that attracts artistic researchers from all over the world. Many artistic researchers are focused on exploring sustainable practices. This year's conference will give researchers the opportunity to learn together across disciplinary boundaries, and with each other, about methods and concepts that can contribute to changes in how we create, work and live more ethically and sustainably, says Juliette Mapp, Professor of choreography at SKH, and member in the ISDRS organizing committee.
