Bachelor's Programme in Opera Vocal Performance

As an exchange student you can choose to follow the curriculum of the second or third year of the Bachelor's Programme in Opera Vocal Performance. You can apply for the full academic year 2020/2021, or to the autumn or spring semester. Find more information on the structure and content of the programme HERE.

Language, Expression and Audience (30 ECTS)

Opera, Historically and in our Time (30 ECTS)

Courses for the third year include: 

Venue, Encounter, Event (32 ECTS)

Preparation for Professional Work (10 ECTS)

Degree Project (20 ECTS)

Master's Programme in Opera Vocal Performance

As an exchange student you can choose to follow the curriculum of the second semester of the first year of the Master's Programme in Opera Vocal Performance. You can apply for the spring term 2021. Find more information on the structure and content of the programme HERE.

The Role and the Music Dramatic Expression (15 ECTS)

Individual Project (15 ECTS)

Application

Applications are handled through the online application system EASY. The application period is 15 March to 15 April 2020. To apply, click on the green "Apply"-button on the top right corner of this page

The following documents will be required:

  • Letter of Motivation
  • CV
  • Your latest Transcript of Records.
  • Certificate assuring that you are registered at a Higher Education Institution
  • Letter of recommendation from a tutor or teacher at your institution
  • Nomination letter from your institution
  • FOR APPLICANTS TO THE MASTER'S PROGRAMME: A certificate of Degree of Bachelor of Fine Arts or equivalent higher education qualification in classical singing or opera of at least 180 credits, including the Transcript of Records 
  • FOR APPLICANTS TO THE MASTER'S PROGRAMME: Documentation showing you meet the English language requirement (English 5 or equivalent)
  • A compressed movie clip (mov, mp4, avi) and a non-compressed audio file (Wav, Aiff), at a maximum of 10 minutes (max 150 Mb) where you perform two (2) arias from your repertoire list, the same arias in both files.
